Important Information for Participants

Hello all participants!  This emial contains information pertaining to the Fall ‘25 Lehigh Valley Collegiate Hackathon.   To all of our Lehigh students, we look forward to seeing you at the kickoff on Saturday, October 18th at Neville Hall 001. To all of our non-Lehigh students: we'll see you on our Zoom session (link found in Google Calendar and will be sent out in coming days). We are excited to have you all on Lehigh's campus to compete on Sunday, October 19th at Lehigh University (Mountaintop Campus) - Building C - Hanger Bay 2 (113 Research Dr, Bethlehem, PA 18015).   You can find the entire schedule and logistics on our website. Also, we have made a Google calendar (with all details, locations, etc) that you can add here!    Please make sure you and your teammates join this GroupMe. We will communicate any updates/changes (and AWS resources) here.   You can find your team here. Contact me if there are any concerns or problems.  If you were a solo registrant, we matched you with a team automatically. If you had intended to participate in the Hackathon as a solo, contact me and I will adjust the teams sheet. On Saturday, October 18th we plan on having plenty of pizza for our Lehigh students for the kickoff. On Sunday, October 19th, we plan to have sandwiches, meatballs, chicken fingers, salad plates, drinks, and snacks from the Goose. On Sunday, October 19th, we will have a bus from the Drown Hall Bus Stop to Building C. It will leave for Mountaintop at times 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM and drop people off once the hackathon is over around 3-4 PM. We will update you on any more details about this in our GroupMe.   If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the GroupMe or email me directly.
